For key appointments we will work on a retained basis and can complete a full search or selection process on your behalf. For urgent briefs we can provide short term interim candidates. Given our growing reputation for building a strong network of candidates, we are also able to keep a watching brief for you of good candidates that we meet.

All candidates that we introduce to you will have been thoroughly interviewed and all relevant checks will have been made regarding qualifications and eligibility to work in the UK. As importantly, because of our many years experience, we are well placed to make sure candidates meet your requirements in terms of personality, attitude and ability to do the job.

The ability for us to sustain long term relationships is based around the success of our last client solution. With that in mind, we are also able to offer a professional coaching service for every new candidate to be coached during the important first 100 days of their new role if required.
